بموجب هذا الاعتراف و تحت جميع الضمانات القانونية الجاري بها العمل أشهد على نفسي شهادة الطوع و الرضى و أنا في كامل قواي العقلية، و اعترف اعترافا تاما أنني تسلمت من السيد: أحمد محمد الحامل لبطاقة التعريف الوطنية: JC000000 والساكن بـ: دوار الهلالمة اولاد ادريس لبرادية الفقيه بن صالح.
مبلغ قدره ونهايته 5250.00 درهم هكذا "خمسة ألاف ومائتين وخمسون درهم " الذي هو مدين لي به لأنه قام بتأديته بعدما قمت بتسليمه الشيك رقم: 9650316 وأتحمل جميع مسؤولياته و اعترف بأنني حزت جميع المبلغ.
و بهذا أعترف وألتزم و عليه أمضي

By this declaration and under all applicable legal guarantees, I voluntarily and willingly declare that I am in full possession of my mental faculties and fully acknowledge that I received from Mr. Ahmed Mohamed, holder of National Identity Card No. JC000000, residing at: Douar Helalma Ouled Idris, Bradia, Fakih Ben Saleh, an amount of 5,250.00 dirhams, thus "five thousand two hundred and fifty dirhams," which he owes me because he paid it after I delivered him check No. 9650316. I bear all responsibility for it and acknowledge that I have received the entire amount.
I hereby acknowledge, commit, and sign.
